"We stayed one night before our vacation; very clean, bar was open, close to the MOA and airport transportation was amazing and timely both there and back. I will be staying here again when we park and fly! "

"A very pleasant stay. A good property at a reasonable price Staff was very friendly and the overall experience very positive. lobby restaurant was also a good experience. I did miss having a desk and chair in the room. It was difficult to do work without a space. "

"We didn’t use the amenities, however the hotel was clean. We really liked the 1200 PM check out, instead of the 11:00 AM that most hotels have. Friendly staff and good food at the bar/restaurant. "

"Upon arrival while checking in, one of the staff informed me that “there were no standard rooms” and that I would be upcharged for a double room. I booked through Expedia and it indicated there was a standard room available. Luckily someone else at the front desk informed the other person that my room should not be upcharged. I felt unwelcome at the jump, especially after my overseas flight had just been cancelled at the last moment making me scramble to find a place to stay. It was not a great start to my stay at this resort. "

"Yes. Room was a handicapped room, shower only 1 person at a time. Staff should have made us aware and we would've upgraded to a 2 person room. Plenty of shopping. Not pleased 😕 "

"Chemicals used in hot tub ruined my wifes swimsuit along with my son’s girlfriend suit and several other people said they had same issues. Some other people were discussing this with the person at desk and they just shrugged his shoulders. Rooms smelled heavy like cigar smoke yet hotel had no smoking signs all over. Obviously policy not being followed. I would assume workers and management were the issue."

"Room was clean, vouchers for drinks and breakfast, and was the perfect stop on our trip! Only hiccup was too many kiddos in the pool to enjoy it! Maybe longer adult pool hours! But that is just me being picky!"
