"They are in the process of upgrading and they are doing a great job. Room was clean, nice breakfast area, staff very very friendly, and everything has been replaced! Nice tables and lamps with plugs for your chargers! Nice commons area with chairs and tables, corn hole, grill, and pet area. Pull down blinds which are great for keeping out the light. Parking lot was in the process of being recoded and they have covered parking for motorcycles!! Will definitely stay there again when needing a room in Amarillo. "

"We stayed for four days the room looked nice when we walked in but was we wrong.. The bed was hard and it kept rolling away from the wall the outlets were very loose the shower head was broken had no one clean the room had to throw are own trash and put trash bags back in trash cans the coffee pot was not cleaned out from the last person who used it no one told us what time breakfast was either"

"The room was fairly clean, and it was quiet. But....we could not get the television/cable system to work at all. If we wanted/needed to see newscasts, entertainment TV shows or movies, we had to use our phones for that. There was no closet in the room, and only 2 drawers available for clothing. There was no luggage rack to set an opened suitcase on for clothing storage. The 2 wooden chairs were uncomfortable. The refrigerator was not level, and it felt as though the door was loose. Other than that, yeah, it was okay. There is no breakfast provided by the inn, but for a walk across the parking lot to the steak house, breakfast is available for a fair price. Parking was great. Would I stay there again? Probably not."

"I walked into my room with the water in the bathtub still running, it would not shut off. It was so hot in there that the condensation was dripping. All over the place I went downstairs to complain and ask about getting a new room.And was denied"

The owner also provided excellent customer service and was very helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again!"
