I was disappointed because the pictures on the website showed a nice clean updated room with a glass enclosed shower. The room I was given was old a rundown, hadn't seen a paintbrush in at least a decade, and had a basic tub in the bathroom. When I asked was told that there were no other room available. ...

I was a solo traveller and found the bed to be very soft, I prefer a harder mattress. They put me on a floor with wedding guests. Well I was up until 3:00 am with them because they were partying in the hallways. When I told the staff they said “well they are just celebrating their wedding”. Well ...
