"The hotel is in process of brand changing. We were there from from a late overnight flight and a morning checkout. There seems to be significant improvements in amenities. The room was clean, and other customer areas were clean. The area surrounding the hotel is not friendly looking for a walk around to find food..but there was indication that they do have food at the hotel. Included Breakfast was acceptable and comfortable. We did receive what we paid for."

"Ana, who was on the reservation desk when I arrived was absolutely wonderful! By being so welcoming, and providing information, she set the tone for the entire stay. The room was very clean, and smelled clean. Breakfast wasn’t very good, neither of the variety nor quality of what was being offered, but this has been the case on many of the “free breakfasts” being offered by hotels these days. However, the coffee was great. Will probably stay here again."

"There was an issue with the system. Everytime we came back to the hotel our key wasn’t working. Only 1 elevator was working. And the pool and gym were closed during our visit. "

"Here’s a clear, honest review you can use: ⸻ I stayed at the Hampton Inn and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. When I picked up one of the towels, it was visibly dirty, which immediately raised concerns about cleanliness. The bedsheets also did not seem properly clean, which made the overall stay feel uncomfortable. Cleanliness is a basic expectation when staying at a hotel, and this experience did not meet that standard. As a result, we did not feel comfortable during our stay. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and improves their housekeeping practices."

"Left all decaf coffee pods and the coffee machine was not working properly. When I called and asked to send someone to fix it, noone came. They have a water filter in the gym which only gives cold water. And they charge 1$ for providing drinking hot water. Which I am ok with paying but it's the principle of just finding anything to squeeze money out of you.. The staff are also not really interested in helping you."
