We stayed for one night and were really impressed with the whole feel of the hotel.

A beautiful room in a delightful hotel, set in the heart of Winchester and so walking distance of shops, restaurants and the cathedral. There were lovely touches in the room including bottled water on the bedside tables and a well-stocked cupboard including iron, ironing board and a hairdryer. The bathroom had towelling robes, shower caps and nice toiletries. All members of staff were extremely polite and courteous.

The room was very clean and comfortable and had all the little extras including ironing board and hairdryer as well as fresh milk for the tea/coffee provided. Also the all necessary toiletries. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

Very quirky and lovely public areas! Thoroughly enjoyed our night!

From the moment we checked in the whole stay was second to none, normally this is a one or perhaps two night stay but we had about a week there. The staff were so helpful and very courteous on all levels, the room was clean and lovely bath towels provided. Staff were very positive and helpful. Room was clean. Breakfast was excellent and more than enough. Great choice available. Parking was good, but very tight on the night we were there as there was a wedding going on. But we still found a spot. In spite of how busy it was the staff coped really well and were cheerful to boot.

We used the hotel as a base to visit the Bombay Sapphire gin factory which was very close by. It was an emotional visit for me as i last saw the hotel as my boarding school in 1968 I also fount my initials carved on a wall I remember this even after 48 years The hotel was fantastic we enjoyed our stay for one night and had a lovely breakfast. Haven’t been to Aviator Hampshire for a number of years, but it was just as lovely as I remembered. Room, Sky Bar, Breakfast, Staff - all exceptional. Special mention to Will on the front desk and Poppy who was assisting with breakfast in the morning. I’d highly recommend and I plan to return in the near future. Thank you!

Loved everything about this hotel. Lovely thoughtful touches in the room - fan, radio, chocolate, nice shower products. Very comfortable and clean.

Fantastic new hotel with great facilities but no tea/ coffee or even a glass in the room so not great if you are thirsty!
