"This hotel is a very new build. Family owned. Everything was new and clean, the rooms are very spacious with a very spacious bathroom to go with it. "A bijou property that was originally a bridge house with views across the canal. There is heat which was needed as cold this week. Unfortunately there is traffic noise. There is no sink in bathroom but we squeezed the shower gel to cover our hands and then washed our hands in the bedroom sink. There are cupboards for clothes and cups, plates, cutlery and hairdryer. If you like different you will enjoy this experience."

"The bedroom we were given was the smallest hotel bedroom I have ever paid for but it was clean. The hotel is pet friendly but you couldn’t swing a cat!! The shower overflowed onto the floor causing us to use all the towels to mop it up. The towels were clean but very old with holes in it. We needed extra pillows due to how the bed was set into the cupboard / wardrobe behind the bed. Didn’t like the breakfast. However, I did like the reception/lounge areas and rooftop bar. Hotel is located about an 25/30 minute drive away from the city centre. On the hold I was disappointed due to the cost of the hotel which was definitely not value for the money we paid."
