"The location of the property was fantastic — everything was within walking distance, which made our stay really convenient. Unfortunately, one of the main reasons we chose this place was because it advertised having an elevator, but it was out of service during our entire stay. Carrying heavy luggage up and down the stairs was really tiring, and the elevator still wasn’t fixed by the time we checked out. It would have been perfect otherwise."
