Mercure Almaty City Center
The hotel is average, they refused to give me additional towels, saying I can only have one and when it is used then I can request another. Which is bizarre!! AQ miniSUITES
If traveling solo and on the cheap, this is one of the finest hostels I have ever stayed. Mini-capsule rooms have everything you need and the shared spaces are clean. The staff is kind and friendly and the neighborhood is walkable. I will definitely stay here again next time I am in Almaty.
