"A comfortable enough stay for those not spending a lot of time in the hotel and don’t have special needs. Staff were friendly and helpful and rooms are a good size with a modern bathroom. Two issues that unfortunately will mean I would not book again - the wifi will not hold up for business calls and the vegetarian options are very limited compared to other hotels I have stayed in in Almaty. If neither is important to you than this is a decent hotel pick! "

"The staff was great, very calm and polite. The room was very clean and full of useful amenities. The kitchenette was complete with all the cooking essentials and the appliances were brand new. The room is perfect for an extended business trip. The daily cleaning was great, leaving the room spotless every time. There were minor scratches and breaks in the bathroom, but this did not affect the overall great impression. The breakfast was good, quite varied, but the puff pastry was a bit bland. Overall, a great value for money and a realli nice place to stay."

"The room is great, very clean. The bed is very comfortable. The room has a TV, kettle, refrigerator. I really liked the shower, hot water, very comfortable. The staff is polite and very helpful. "

"The hotel is average, they refused to give me additional towels, saying I can only have one and when it is used then I can request another. Which is bizarre!! Breakfast is below poor, the scrambled eggs where ice cold (not even lukewarm) bread stale and hard like rocks, I asked for sunny side up, they came drenched with oil and burnt below, the coffee was not good at all either. On the upside, room was spacious and clean. The heating system is a bit tricky needs to be adverted frequently, because the settings kept changing on their own!"
