"While the staff were nice and friendly, and responded to my requests, the breakfast was good along with prepared sandwiches, the rooms were priced 3-4 times higher than normal because of COP29. The room I thought I was getting from the photo and the room I received did not match expectations. "
"The staff were very friendly from reception to dining, they were all happy to help and spoke english.
The hotel is situated off a busy road, which does have a good regular bus service for getting into the city centre. SO travel options are Bus, Taxi(can be expensive) or hire a car, you can walk but it is a few miles each way so not for the faint hearted.
Overall it was an enjoyable stay, good food and great staff."

Very quiet, very cooperative very clean and a very beautiful look too and they didn’t mind/charged anything despite we were more than 5 hours late in our checkout time. I highly recommend this hotel and want everyone visiting Baku to try this for sure…"
