"There was a syringe in the wastebasket in the room (they did refund one nights stay because of this). The floors in the room were sticky and dirty. The whole hotel smelled strongly of artificial cleaner scents. The breakfast options were meager and limited. "

"I couldn't sleep well because the cleaning crew they start cleaning next rooms at 8 am which is too early. They were noisy and the hotel in general is noisy in front of the elevator. I couldn't sleep at night because people were talking loudly at the reception area. Yes you can hear them in your room at night. "
