Hampton Inn & Suites Albany-Downtown
Didn't know there was a $20 charge for parking. You could also hear other hotel guests in the next room. Also hear alot of slamming doors whwn trying to sleep.

The breakfast was the best we’ve had at a budget-friendly hotel. Any staff members we met were very friendly and pleasant. The bed was very comfortable.

Our rooms and beds were comfortable and lovely. We had a middle of the night arrival, and the staff member could not connect our Marriott loyalty number to our folio but offered lounge passes as service recovery.
