As seeing in previous reviews,parking is a pain so if you do find a spot close to the spot,you may have to circle the block a few times to find back a nice spot. Other than that,highly reccommemded,communication was clear & no complaints at all. I would definately stay there again & the price was waaaaay less than...

"The location was ideal for us. We love Capital Hill. There were issues in the flat: unreliable shower water pressure, no porch light, minimal silverware, light out in hallway above apartment door, a couple blinds were a little broken. There was also trash in front of building along sidewalk. "
