The stay was very good in every way: the food, the service from all the staff, the clean rooms—just two minor issues. They advertise that all their rooms have smart TVs, but room 330 did not. Another detail not mentioned on the website is that access to Soluna Beach is not free and requires a fee.

I had a wonderful experience with this hotel. They went above and beyond to accommodate a special trip for my parents. The staff was thoughtful, attentive, and genuinely great. My parents felt welcomed and comfortable throughout their stay. On top of that, the breakfast was fantastic, with great quality and a wide variety to choose from. Thank you for making their trip so memorable!

Had to stay the British icon as my mum travelled on her years ago and as she’s not lost her charm, if a bit worn in places. The staff were excellent, always ready to help and helpful, especially reception. It was also great to be able to roam the ship and see the history and exhibits.
