terrible experience. I have requested for early check-in but I got the room by 4.30PM. ( terrible terrible actual check in time is 3PM) Breakfast is not worth for $25. Bathrooms are like 60 years old setup. I took some picture that I can share it if there anyway. overall horrible experience.

The room was spacious with a king bed in the bedroom plus the sofa bed in the living space together with 5 arm chairs. The bathroom was clean just the shower pressure could be better (this is the only negative i can come up with). The staff.. Dhiraj, Shan and Rahmatullah made our stay really pleasant. Thank you Dhiraj for being so accomodating. We did a half board booking and had the new years eve buffet dinner which was quite amazing. And managed to get a glimpse of the Burj Khalifa fireworks from the sidewalk just outside the premises. There was construction just opposite our room window and the front of the hotel but it wasnt a bother as it wasnt noisy. 15mins walking distance to Brands for Less which also hosts quite a few restaurants and other shops on that street. Nesto hypermart is also 5min walk and we managed to get fresh tropical fruits from there.

the reception staff and the housekeeping was very good and responsive. the hotel lacks dining facilities/ bar/ coffee shop and area around to walk about. The vegetarian food is strictly average and with very little to offer in terms of a menu. The breakfast serving for vegetarians was very average.
