Room: Mr. Badr welcomed us warmly at check-in. Our sea-view room was spacious, clean, and nicely lit. The sofa bed was very convenient for our young child. However, the air conditioning was noisy on the first night, and an unpleasant bathroom smell developed after the first day. Room service addressed both issues. I expected better quality, especially with a full-board package. The pizza was good, breakfast was acceptable, and the desserts were reasonable, particularly the Om Ali. The all-day ice cream selection with different flavours was a lovely touch for children.
Facilities: The beach was beautiful and clean, with soft sand. The floating water-play area in the sea was fun for families, although it required swimming out with a life jacket. The swimming pool was clean, and the 24-hour gym was excellent. The games area, billiards, racing simulators, PlayStation, mini golf, football pitch, chess, and lawn bowling provided plenty of"
