This hotel is terrible, I don't know where to start.
Firstly, it is far too busy. There are people everywhere you go, bumping into you, children running around screaming, huge queues for everything from reception to dinner. Mostly Russian guests who are rude, bash into you without saying sorry, cut into queues and smoke in your face.
The food, with the exceptions of the 'nice' restaurants for dinner (which you can only book for the day AFTER you arrive, in person, between 10am and 1pm) is rubbish. I spent 2 days eating only bread, baked beans and pasta because those were the only edible dishes that didn't have huge queues of people who would ram their plates in your back.
The entertainment is... Not entertaining. A random foam party for an hour on Friday afternoon, kiddy music (hello 'Baby Shark') all night and clashing music from different areas.
There are guys from the spa who come to you at the pool, calling you 'sweety' and 'beautiful girlies' whilst trying to sell services - too creepy.
Most of the staff are good and in fairness, they're generous with drinks and food, but it needs half the amount of guests to be anywhere near nice.
Awful place - like a Butlins in the sun.
