Amazing hotel and location staff amazing thank you we will be back!

Great staff, central location and amazing breakfast! You do need a car though, to get around.

Excellent place . Gavin gave the best service . Food was good .

Excellent all round. The Somerset is located above the Panorama mall and is easily accessed directly from the mall or from the basement carpark. Plenty of free parking in the basement and main open air car park. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment that had one king size bed with an ensuite bathroom, a second twin bedroom, a communal shower room, living/dining room with an open plan kitchenette (with washing machine/dryer). Everything was modern and in good clean condition. Nice tasteful...

Nice hotel in a reasonably convenient location for visiting places of interest in Muscat. Comfortable rooms, nice restaurants and excellent swimming pool facilities.

Wonderful hotel with staff that went above and beyond to make myself my wife and our son welcome. Everyone was helpful and the breakfast was superb. The pool was clean and the whole hotel was a delight to stay at!

A clean apartment which was perfect

Breakfast was a wide choice and they made special gluten free pancakes for me. But if coeliac please check. Local Honeycombs and other produce. Staff were really helpful when I went to the beach on always accompanied me to check all was ok. Is it the prettiest no! But everything is well thought out and works. The staff are what makes this hotel.

Spacious & clean rooms, good location and helpful staff.

Stayed for a week here with my sister and the hotel staff were all so friendly and professional. We had a great experience. The only thing is that wifi was not strong enough to connect any other video calls except for Skype (on VPN, no FaceTime or Snapchat). We also had friends around so not really picky about the location. It’s 5 mins drive from the Grand...

After 12 nights here and as a 40+ yr old Solo western female I can honestly say that this hotel and irs super staff could not hace done anything more to make me feel comfortable and extremely welcome. W Hotels offers in house events and a music / design aesthetic which was so pleasing making staff feel great to be working there. I had some brilliant conversations with staff of all ranking and ages who really gave super service throughout. The pool / gardens area is very beautiful, safe for kids...

I celebrated my birthday at the St. Regis, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! Everything from the moment I arrived to the time I checked out was absolute perfection. The staff’s professionalism, care, and attention to detail were exceptional. The hotel itself is breathtaking, and the rooms are incredibly spacious and luxurious. Thank you for creating such a special memory—I can’t wait to return soon!
