"Great Resort! Great Location! Great Service! My first all inclusive and I was surprised at how good the food, drinks and service was. And we have high standards. Many dining options and you could always get something to eat if it was between lunch and dinner hours. Dock side sunning was fantastic. If you didn't want that, go sit around the pool. Drink service in both location were spectacular. Sandy beach if you want that and a huge roped off swim area in the sea. I can't say enough good things about this 5 star resort. We'd definitely recommend it and stay there again."

"This hotel was beyond filthy. The second I walked into the room, the stench hit me. The bathroom was revolting – mold all over the tiles, a disgusting shower, and a toilet that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. It was so nasty I didn’t even want to touch anything. For the money I spent, I expected at least a clean room, but instead I got this dump. I felt dirtier after staying here than before I checked in. They “changed” our room the next day, but guess what? It was just as filthy. Nothing improved. On top of that, the staff was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Zero customer service, zero care for guests. This was hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Stay far, far away from this place. Total waste of money and a disgusting nightmare. 1* hotel!!!!"

The room view is mesmerizing, and the beachfront is great. The area's landscape is breathtaking, making it the perfect place if you love calm and beautiful scenery."

"Our room - a romantic suite - was more than adequate and spacious. With a great view of Bitez bay from our balcony. The buffet breakfast was varied and ample, from: hot to cold, savoury to sweet. It was 6-8 minute walk to the beach which meant it was a fantastic location too. The staff were attentive and helpful. Thank you all for a lovely stay at the Dorman. "
