"Despite its scenic location, landscaped layout and stylish rooms, this hotel currently lacks the standards of a truly higher end offering. Staff are very polite and friendly but not at all experienced. Breakfast was quite lacklustre, despite the bounty and variety of local produce. Large cleaning carts parked in guest toilets, conversations interrupted with POS machines to settle extra charges in haste signal some training and managerial issues. The hotel group may be expanding a bit too fast and its service standard is not in keeping with a five-star at all. "

"Great beachfront location, lovely staff! Our checkin was great, we were introduced to a staff member to take us to the beach tables & offered drinks/nibbles whilst we waited for our room! A great start to our stay! Other staff introduced themselves & explained the nightly entertainment, restaurant and breakfast. Some guests were full board, we had breakfast only, lovely breakfast. The room is not big, its traditional & clean,but enough for our luggage. So many restaurants and free sunbeds out front and all along the beach. We loved the vibe of the accomodation, the entertainment at night (& dance lessons by day!)and the street filled with delicious restaurants. We were treated like rockstars! Great value for money! Would stay here again! Thanks!"

"Our stay was overall good. The apartment needs some TLC but comfortable. We did not receive the Hotels.com VIP I.e. water per day etc. until I wrote them. The apartment offers bare minimum 1 dishwasher soap, no laundry soap,coffee pods and we were told that they offer only starter, even though it is an apart-hotel. Once we wrote a note on hotels.con we recorded more supplies. The place had a good view but it's noisy with motorcycles and music.
I would not necessarily recommend for the price ratio and other options in Bodrum.
