Quiet street was great with an amazing Jungle Fish House a few doors down for lunch and dinner-Order the prawns! View is great beach good with low seaweed. Snorkeling out front good also 100 yards out. Attendants nancy and maria were very helpful and attentive. Super happy with maria on first morning enlisting her husband to make calls for us to our previous resort to secure our lost watch from checkout. That resort was unresponsive to us. Verizon cell service not clear here. Only challenge was the air conditioners not changing via remote. Set very cold. Kitchen full but no condiments. Water jug offered was nice. Wind caused pool to be cleaned, so dirty first day then staff arrived. Cant wait to cone again next year ! SW - Orange county, CA.

Casa coral was a nice place to stay in Akumal. The property was great and the cleaning service was excellent. I would stay at this property again. My only constructive feedback would be about improving the communication access for the property. I was not able to contact the property prior to our arrival and there is no onsite concierge, which led to a bit of a stressful first travel day. Fortunately, I did receive emailed entry instructions the day we arrived at the property. Otherwise we had an excellent stay.

The location of this place was great, the street was beautiful and felt safe. Unfortunately our unit had a few maintenance issues: main A/C didn't work, our pool filter didn't work, we had a couple of windows with huge cracks in them and the beach seaweed was never cleaned up. It would've been a 5-star stay if the home maintenance was better.
