In the rush to our next destination, I accidentally left behind my bag containing my passport and wallet. After contacting the hotel, the team went out of their way to personally deliver my belongings to our next location. That level of care, honesty and dedication is incredibly rare and deeply appreciated. I cannot recommend Sense Fuji enough.
