"The hotel was beautiful and clean. Breakfast was delicious and the patio was overlooking the sea. The beach is perfect for kids, lots of sunbeds and umbrellas available. Good restaurants and some shops just up the street. Lots of parking if you have a car. Room with the loft was great, provided kids with their own space. Only downside is a lack of storage. We only brought one small carry on each, but there wasn’t enough storage or shelf space to accommodate our things. Otherwise, excellent stay and would love to return. "

"We had the most incredible time at Phos Hotel! Me and my best friend booked Phos Hotel for our yearly girls’ holiday and we were just blown away by the service, cleanliness and friendliness here. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and exactly as pictured - it’s really peaceful and relaxing as it’s not a huge hotel which we prefer. The staff were incredible and always went above and beyond for us! Maria and Petros were both fantastic, so kind and helpful, printing off the bus timetable, booking excursions and giving us recommendations of places to go! Akis on the bar and the security guy were all so friendly and made us feel so welcome and safe! Our room was spotless (and continued to be, housekeeping was fantastic!), we had a view over the pool, which was glorious to wake up to every day. Breakfast was lovely with lots of variety, and again the staff were super friendly and took good care of us. The location was perfect for us as we wanted easy access to the beach, but also the ability to be able to get into Chania easily by public transport! Chania is a €2 20 minute bus journey away, so super easy and cheap to get to! We also went to Rethymno which was just over an hour away by bus and only about €7 (you have to go to Chania first and get the bus from there!). We just had the most amazing time here, wish we could come back already!! Would definitely recommend!"
"We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Excellent hospitality, several buffet breakfast options. They have parking available if you are driving a rental. Walking distance to groceries, restaurants and great vibe. If you are looking for a beach front hotel, this is it! Nice sunset view from the beach. We loved every bit of it. Thank you. "
"Not only was it the perfect location with the nicest beach in front of us steps away, but the service was spectacular! From reserving our beach beds to setting us up with a couple private tours that we wouldn’t have otherwise found! Maria our hostess was amazing! We are at play and she sent us videos on how to get in without any issues & The apartment was fabulous, tons of space, a beautiful balcony overlooking the ocean and super clean!! Would recommend anyone stay here who is looking for luxury and is within footsteps of many restaurants! "
"Beautiful hotel, spotlessly clean with lovely quality furnishings. Good breakfast buffet with plenty of choice. All the staff were really friendly and the service was excellent. Pool area is lovely with plenty of beds, connected to the beach with use of the hotels sunbeds. Food at the pool bar is lovely. We booked a garden view room which had the worst view of any hotel I have stayed in, roof view with a few plants on it and rotten windows, we didn’t use the balcony once. We had room 317, so if you can avoid that room, I presume 316 and 318 had the same awful view. I don’t think all the garden room views were as bad as ours. It didn’t spoil our holiday in this lovely hotel but was a bit disappointing 😢 The location is great, in a relatively quiet area with a 10 minute walk to platanius where it is a bit livelier. Great hotel with lovely staff, would recommend. "
"Our stay at Eden Beach on Crete Island was nothing short of magical. This place truly lives up to its description as a real paradise! We loved having direct access to the beautiful beach right from the property. The garden is meticulously maintained and absolutely gorgeous, offering a serene escape.
