"It was clean we were told if we dont take any cleaning services we would get points on our points card, but when we checked out the girl at the front desk said you have no points as i can see so far, please look into this urgently please. Then we experienced breakfast they would run out of food and we were told that suppliers short them on food, then the hotel should make other arrangements to service guests"

"I have stayed here several times in the past and am always happy with the service, rooms and grounds. The bed was comfortable, room clean and plenty of hot water for shower. I tried the little Cafe located at the office and liked it a lot. Also used the washing machine and dryer, since this was the middle of my trip. Convenient and fairly priced. "

"This family-style hotel is a great value for the money. The grounds are quite lovely, the room is basic, but spacious, and the breakfast is a step above most comparable hotels that offer breakfast. Staff are incredibly helpful (we had both our parking fee waived, as well as as a late checkout granted). I would recommend!"

"Great lobby and check in, wonderful hotel bar and very good food. Service both in bar and restaurant, slightly slow at best. Outdoor areas with fireplaces, fire pits, bocce ball, plenty of seating, beautiful lighting in the evenings. Rooms were clean, updated, and as expected. Hallways are grab and in desperate need of update to meet room and lobby appearance. "
