"Right in the heart of Chinatown and super close to transport to get you anywhere you wanna go in the city. The room was clean, the cable was wonderful. It can be a bit loud being close to the fire station, but that didn’t keep me awake personally."

"This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences of my life. The property condition is dated and not aligned with the photos. The towels had visible stains on them. The coffee maker has and old and used pod in it. The bathtub was clogged then my room wasn’t cleaned on a two night stay. I’d highly recommend any travels to avoid this property at all cost. Then to charge a destination fee of $25 per day but run out of food choices a breakfast is incredibly. Id describe this as a historic property that is not in alignment with the travel of the future. "

"Pool was closed and they could not give an estimate as to when it would be available again. Went to VU and it took us 20+ minutes to get waited on. Pool finally reopened the next day and the bottom of the pool is deteriorating. Got locked out of the room because the door battery went out"
