Room was clean. It was rather loud as our room was adjacent to the door to the stairs. It seems when I book on hotels.com that our room is located in a less desirable area, like near an elevator or ice machine. Why?"

"This was a great experience for us. It was clean, convenient to everything we wanted to do, well equipped and comfortable. We especially liked that we were not instructed to do all the cleaning, bed stripping, getting the trash out, etc, that many places are demanding now. We liked that the cleaning fee we paid covered the cleaning! Communication was great, responsiveness was superb. Would love to return."

"Our second floor unit was very nice. Well decorated and very clean. It was as nice as many condos we've stayed at for 3X the price.Owners were very easy to communicate with and after we arrived they called us to make sure we were happy. Lots to see in town and loads of restaurants. Lots of history in Ohios first capitol. I'm sure we will be back again "
