"AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! The one star I gave this hotel was purely just for the staff. This was by far my biggest disappointment of any hotel I’ve ever booked on Expedia in my life and I’ve been traveling for over 40 years. I consider myself a reasonable person, but this hotel is bait and switch. I booked a room that had a partition and a door so that my daughter‘s area could be separated from my husband and mine. What we got was a blank, white boring box sharp screws, hanging down from the armoire. Horrible furniture and this was not what I booked. It’s obvious this hotel is owned by slum lords. This so-called breakfast is disgusting. It’s the same thing every day and it’s the bare minimum that they could do this entire hotel is the bare minimum that these owners could do. When I booked a hotel I wasn’t told that we’d have to pay for parking. I was told that it was free NOPE $14 a day for a broken parking lot no security and if you stay out later than 9pm good luck finding a parking space. "

"Pool was too cold for my baby to get in and never got the heat turned on for the pool. Also, the poolside bar not being available when it says poolside bar on the website. It’s only for events. "

"Room was not the greatest, the metal corner thing from the wall coming off, the carpet was against the wall was also coming off. Toilet was backed up and took almost an hr to get a plunger but the gentleman in the office buhh was nice enough to let me use the office restroom. "
