"This is an excellent 4* hotel. But don’t be surprised : at check out they make you wait until they verify the state of the room. Never seen that before. The staff is super polite. The room I had was on the street side but after 20:00 I heard no noise what so ever… the hotel is near all you want to see and do in Orizaba. Many good options for restaurants. "

"We are regular visitors at this hotel. It has beautiful common areas, nice rooms and suites, great gym, pool. Secure parking is always available. Air conditioning and fans worked great. Staff very nice. Overol highly recommended. "
