I didn't get a duvet to sleep in. The room was extremely cold as there was no heater. I got there and I was told to pay $150 (credit card) $300 (debit card) for future damage which will be refunded if there was no damage when I was leaving. I did not have my credit card with me so I had to pay $300 ...

Studio 6 Mississauga, ON - Toronto
Fridge wasn’t working properly, von it in the stairway, people smoking marijuana right outside the doors, elevator broken so we need to climb the stairs with everything. It was a terrible stay.
