"Poor customer service- my partner was dismissed and turned away. His phone was taken from him for ID processing and he was mistreated. We are deeply disappointed in the service- and to be offered no compensation apart from an “upgrade next time we stay” dissappointing. "Stayed in a one bedroom apartment. It had everything you needed for a long stay, good sized fridge, dishwasher, cooktop, microwave, TV in the bedroom and lounge, washing machine and dryer. Nice and tidy and clean. Good location near shopping mall and not far from Henderson centre. If you want parking make sure you book before you arrive as it is limited."

"Easy parking and reasonably secure. Even though the motel is on the very busy Great North Road we didn't hear traffic noise. Rooms were spotless. A few more kitchen utensils would be handy, such as a microwave oven dish. Overall a very pleasant three night stay."
