"The rooms are partially cleaned, there were bed bugs in the bed and blankets, blankets were smelling bad seems like never washed, no towels in the washrooms and no exhaust fans, electric wires hanging loose in the washrooms. We need to buy our own room freshener to keep the bad smell from rooms and washrooms.
There is only 3 staff, one is the manager and 2 helpers.
Location is the only plus point to stay here, very nice and kept neat and clean to sit outside but need to climb steep stairs so not...

The hotel was about 1km away from the city/market area. The hotel is good and provides all the basic amenities. Lighting in the room and the bathroom was dim and this was pointed out to the hotel manager, he agreed and also made arrangement with an electrician to change bulbs or install dimmer switches in the rooms. I also suggested that for safety reasons in the bath/shower room there should be a shower screen and handle to hold when coming out of the bath and also a bath mat to stand away from...

Great location on a quiet street but easy walk to main areas. Staff were super helpful organizing a bus to Udaipur and a lift to the bus station. He even waited to make sure I got the right one. Really friendly, clean and quiet hotel. Very happy with my stay as a solo female traveler.

Pros: It is a nice property, rooms are good. Staff is courteous. Food is really nice and serving is quick.
Cons: It is far from mount abu tourist spots. Bathroom are not good, clothes hangers were not reachable for average height people. Flush was not smooth. Customer need to ask bathroom accessories separately, hotel does not provide it by default.
