The Mulberry tree restaurant team, including Bhagat Ram ji and Chetan, was particularly helpful. They had a great choice of menu and prepared individualised food for us, including Jain food and food without mirch. Best value for money and enhanced the joy of our holiday. "

"Staffs are very rude..specially at the front desk area. Very slow on service, they need more staffs at this property to reach service area properly. Food also not up to the mark..very disappointed. "

"The room was clean and well maintained, making the stay comfortable from the moment I checked in. The staff deserves special appreciation — they are extremely courteous, polite, and genuinely warm. Most of them are from the neighboring village, and their hospitality felt far more sincere and heartfelt than what you often experience in many high-end 5-star or even so-called 7-star hotels. The food was another highlight — excellent quality, freshly prepared, and made using pure ingredients. You can truly feel the authenticity and care in every meal. Safari bookings can be conveniently arranged once you reach Jawai, which makes planning much easier. A special mention to Mr. Pukhraj, who is very humble and helpful; the rest of the staff also reflects the same respectful and welcoming attitude. That said, this is a lodge, not a luxury resort. If you are someone who specifically looks for 5-star or 7-star properties with jacuzzis, ultra-luxury amenities, and a resort-style experience, this may not be the right choice for you. However, if you value cleanliness, authentic hospitality, great food, and a peaceful stay close to nature, this place is absolutely worth it."

"Hotel Golden is in a great location, and the shared rooms have a very nice interior. However, there's one issue: at night, there's a gathering of Rajasthani boys outside the hotel, right below it, which is very inappropriate. They use very loud and abusive language, which is very disturbing for couples and families. Another negative point is that some of the hotel staff members, about one or two boys, seemed suspicious. My partner and I stayed at Hotel Golden Hills from January 13th, 2026, and were supposed to check out on the morning of January 14th, 2026. But because of the suspicious behavior of those one or two boys on the staff, and their inappropriate stares, we checked out at 10 PM on January 13th, 2026, and left for our city after booking an emergency ticket.
