"I just left the Flagship Resort. The rooms were not up to date at all. Well at least my room. My house is more luxury than the room I had. The view was beautiful. Employees were cool. The food in the restaurant on the 7th floor was DELICIOUS. I didn’t go into the pool area or sundeck area because I wasn't interested because of how the halls and my room looked like it lacked TLC. I was mostly out by the casinos and bars at Ocean Resort. The Flagship has potential to be amazing. I just feel it needs love. If i was managing the place it would definitely be well kept. No straw or candy wrappers in the elevators, rooms ready on time and no chipped walls or doors. I'll put in those repair tickets asap. It looks like it doesn't belong in Atlantic City. It will definitely be 5 stars if it was in my hood though."

"The overall cleanliness of the property was good however, the bathtub in my hotel room was not. There was a ball of hair from the previous guest in the tub. Other than that everything else was up to my standards and expectations. I will always come back to this hotel. The decor, vibes and atmosphere is youthful and fun!"

"Just not near the boardwalk but that’s not the borgata’s fault Great room Rate value especially compared to local hotels near me Went for the pool ( 2 elementary school aged kids Easter break day trip ) plenty of eating options onsite I like how the hotel was separate from the casino made you scan key card in from the casino and even on the elevator parking was cheap too in the garage elevator close to hotel entrance on casino floor "

"Overall trip was good..but hold my credit card for security was told a security deposit will be held on my credit card and my funds would return to my card after stay, but was charge a room boarding fee for each night and after calling to dispute was told expedia should have told me. Expedia didnt take my credit card and told me one thing then did another thing. Deceitful."
