"Staff is friendly and helpful. My spanish was poor but they used google translation and patient to communicate with us. There were complimentary coffee and snack after 8am, good coffee! Room was spacious and clean. Great location. Only con was the safe box was broken. Overall, I "
"The Stay was amazing and Evelyn ensured we had an all our questions and asks met. The staff were nice, there was a lot to do within walking distance. "
"Our stay was lovely, the staff was very kind and helpful and it’s such a perfectly walkable location. The only struggle we had was that we didn’t have a fridge, but that’s no slight on the hotel as we knew that would be the case going into it. Highly recommend!"
"Peaceful hotel, exceptional attention to detail! I am still learning Spanish and i often use a translation app on my phone, which everyone at the hotel is very willing to intelligently utilize. I’m always impressed by Abigail’s professionalism and equally Enrique! They both will greet me and are happy to kindly explain and answer any questions I have. I had accidentally dropped an AirPods case in the lobby while siting and couldn’t locate it because it was literally a few feet away- I asked as the desk and Enrique had found it and kept it safely. It’s incredibly easy to be comfortable here whether I’m working or having zoom meetings or needing to unplug and have peace and I enjoy it! I always remember to tip housekeeping and restaurant staff even if it isn’t your custom. I did notice that there may only be one dual socket power outlet over the beds and another by the sinks yet none under the solid wood desks, so for business travelers I recommend a multi adapter and power bank. Additionally water is available if you ask for it, Water is HOT bed pillows and bedding extremely comfortable.everything is just the way I like it. Well done. "
