"The location is outstanding – close to the metro and all the lovely walkable tree-lined streets and restaurants of Roma Norte. Felt very safe with the 24-hour desk staff present and the locked front door. Stayed in a Superior Room for a full week. Furnishings were basic, but the room was clean with city view, beautiful modern shower, and well-appointed kitchen complete with full-size fridge, Nespresso machine, and drinking water tap. The view from the roof-top bar is spectacular. Note that cleaning requires booking and an extra fee, but I was happy to be left alone. My room also did not have a safe. Really enjoyed my stay and would recommend highly! "

"Service great. My major issue was the shower. The water pressure was low from a "rainfall" head and the water would suddenly get hot and cold all within seconds. So it wasnt stable in terms of keeping temperature of the water. "
