"The location was great because it’s not too far from the beach but it’s much quieter than the places on Belgrave Road. The bed is comfortable and the breakfast was great with nice quality sausage and bacon. Hosts are very welcoming. "

Only slight gripe is the lack of air con in the rooms, it was one of the hottest days in fairness, and the room was boiling hot all night."

"An absolute gem in the beating heart of Torquay. Within easy walking distance of all amenities - not that you would ever need to leave the hotel.
The staff are keen, friendly and helpful - an absolute 'find' and far better value for money than some of the pricier places in this resort."

"Working in area for business so thought I’d try something closer to the town due to evening plans. Welcomed on arrival (needed to phone number on door due to small team running the place) and showed to room (top floor …not ideal if you can’t handle stairs!).
