"This hotel was very close to the Tokyo station like 5 to 10 minutes walk the rooms were very clean and the property was in a great condition. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Also help me with luggage forwarding rooms. I cleaned every day and got new amenities every day. "

"IF you have a busy schedule outside of the hotel and you're basically just staying to sleep, then this hotel can be a great experience. The staff are universally excellent: polite, friendly and helpful. As many have already said, the breakfast buffet and the 4pm to 9pm drinks and snacks make the day much easier. Most importantly, the location near Tokyo Station can't be beat! BUT, if you need to spend a lot of time in the room: walls are paper thin, space is at a premium even for multi-person rooms, and furniture and accessories are aging."

"It was conveniently located next to the Ginza line. The Ginza line was Legit right outside the entrance. My only complaint is that the 14 floor rooms smells like diesel. The first room we had smelled so strong I had to put on the purifier 24/7 on high. We asked for a room changed. Once we got the room changed, it had a hint of diesel smell. I still had the purifier on 24/7. The king sized room was small small small. I suggest getting the twin beds just to have a little more room. "

"Overall we enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms are small, with no storage space for large suitcases, but the beds are very comfortable and the separate areas for shower/toilet are a great idea. The location is great and the hotel is easy to find. If you are coming from an airport, it is basically across the street from the limousine bus stop at Tokyo Station. I also wanted to note that the rooms are very quiet, we couldn't hear our neighbors or any outside noises."
