"We enjoyed our stay at the Pasadena Holiday Inn Express. We were delighted to use the hot tub. The breakfast offered a great selection of food and the coffee was good! Would definitely stay here again. "

"The staff were very pleasant and easy to talk to. I got a suite that wasn’t truly a suite….its a 2 bed room just rearranged differently…the bathroom is in the middle which is so small the door comes exactly to the toilet seat when opened. The room smelled like musty plaster and there was a drink in the fridge from the guest before us. The chairs that were in the room were stained as well. Saturday night I called the front desk to borrow a vacuum because we got sand everywhere and the front desk said “we’re not a 24 hour facility” and told me housekeeping would take care of the next day. If you don’t care about any of this then this is the place for you"

"This Marriott is a little gem. Great location, the staff so helpful and accommodating! They made sure as requested we were on a quiet floor, provided a microwave in our room, the room was spacious, and laundry facility on the same floor. Terrific spot to stay - we were there for 10 days. "

"Not enough parking for the property but street parking available. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean but lacking regular amenities, ie facial tissue, extra towels, extra toilet paper. Had to go to the front desk for times when we ran out. "

"Staff messed up with my room key. So the second night when I go back to the motel, I couldn’t open my door. I had to walk in the heavy rain to the front desk to figure it out the problem."

"The room we got seemed old, but the bed was comfortable, had good tv channels and the jacuzzi bathtub was amazing!! The parking lot was pretty full, small and hard to maneuver, but there was one spot left when we arrived in the evening that we were able to fit into so it turned out ok. The price was high but not unnecessarily high under the circumstances (new years eve and location was walking distance from the rose parade route). I would stay here again as a treat. "

"Property isn’t what the photos depict. It’s not in a good area, with homeless loitering in the parking lot. I felt so unsafe! The rooms are motel quality at best. I will never stay there again."
