Excellent small hotel. Great staff. No evening dining facilities but the small bar is available. Good location for metro.

The hotel is in a good location not to far from the main train station and close to the Metro. There were plenty of restaurants and cafes close by. The staff were welcoming & helpful and there was free water/ coffees/ sweets in the foyer.

Staff are corteus, kind, knowlegable and friendly

The whole stay was relaxing, enjoyable and easy going. Would definitely stay there again. The staff were very good and told us all we needed to know about our first stay in Okko Lyon.

Short overnight, staff gave excellent service, hotel in excellent condition

Typically grand characterful apartment hotel a more exclusive residential area of town. The restaurant food is delicious very typical of the Lyonaisse style. Cocktails accompanying wine ambience all delivered to a high class standard. Enjoy the offerings you're on holiday.... Make an effort to dress well and at least speak a little French and you'll have a lovely evening or lunch without having to leave the hotel. Good news because its not close to the centre of the city and the bustle of...

I enjoyed my stay. There's wifi included, that one needs to sign up for, which provides a 4 hour duration which then needs to be renewed after that. The hotel staff are very friendly. Breakfast is provided, but not included in the room rate. I didn't have breakfast so no review of the food & drink quality. Lots of local boulangeries close by and restaurants. Walking distance (5 minutes) to Lyon Bleu School for those wishing to take french lessons! The hotel is probably best described as a family...

My room had everything I needed. I don’t need loads of fancy stuff I just need a safe, well maintained, clean and comfy room and that’s what I got.

Lovely room for the family overlooking a park in a really nice hotel

Clean and well run all round

Had great rooms with balconies looking over lovely gardens. The pool

Great location and great staff

I had a great stay, made even better by excellent customer service when I had a problem. Without this it could have been a really bad stay. Really comfortable room and well appointed. My overall impression though was of a team that look after and care about their guests.

The staff were amazing as was the hotel

Lovely small hotel in great location. Loved the free extras of water bottles for the room. Spacious rooms and really appreciated the separate bathroom and toilet in ours.
