"Very relaxing, secluded property. Access to rooms over swaying bridges was awkward. Elevators did not work over 2 days. Reported twice with no response."

"This is a very beautiful property. The pool, lake and grounds are very nice. Our room was an expansive suite that was fairly priced. Only issues were th limited menu at th bar and pool (though the burger was excellent) and dearth of Us style plugs or USB ports. "

Would be greatly improved with sound proofing patio door. Pool excellent, breakfast very good front desk helpful but 10am checkout when most flights are later afternoon a problem. "

The dinner is very good, but breakfast could be improved, especially the savory options, which are very limited, and only small selection of fruit. The staff is not very friendly and communication in English is difficult. The location is surrounded by lush vegetation, which is beautiful."
