"Riad Fes did everything to make my birthday special. Everyone went above and beyond, they surprised us with an upgrade to the Royal Suite, which was absolutely gorgeous: spacious, beautifully decorated, bathtub and so comfortable. The entire riad feels luxurious yet warm, and the staff were attentive, kind, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. "During the last 2 days, the Riad was privatized even if we were there. We were asked to act as we were friends and not customers. We were unable to sleep for 2 nights in a row due to event celebrations of the party that rented the Riad. The service was not good. During the whole stay nobody cleaned the room. "
