The Best 5 Star Hotels in Manavgat, Antalya Region

I took this photo in June at Turkey's Green Canyon, in Antalya Province. I took a wild jeep safari into the wilderness. And the Green Canyon was the main stop. This view here is of the Oymapinar Dam waterways. It was a beautiful panorama, my favorite stop of the day! And those mountains there are the breathtaking Taurus Mountains. We eventually got up close to the lake too and there was a real feeling of peacefulness. Most of my Turkish trip was on the beach in Alanya, though. Which itself has incredible scenery.

The map location only shows where the scenery is. I'm not sure the exact spot I took the photo at. It's definitely not right on the lake, as seen on the map.

"The staff are most attentive. There could be more spice in the food and they could theme the food by day as it was all pretty similar most days. Also it caters more towards German tourists as everything is in Euros and the staff speak more German than English however this was not a problem for us. The facilities including pools, rooms, bar, gaming room and spa are fantastic. We had an excellent holiday here and would love to go again."

Lo unico negativo fue la señora rubia en la piscina interior que no es para nada amable y sabiendo que estabamos alistandonos para salir nos apago las luces, no entiendo para que hace eso... "Great staff and service, great food, very friendly staff always cheerful and very helpful. I cant fault the staff and the vibes. Very good energy. Maybe the only negative and it is not really negative to be honest, we felt like yes there are more germans which is not a problem but it would be nice for the staffs to be more confident with speaking english too. However its not a big deal. Families should not hesistate to book with your children. My family all enjoyed. Money well spent. 5 star."

"I am a frequent traveler, and let me tell you, the best thing I liked about this hotel was the buffet. The food selection was excellent, the freshness was terrific, and the taste was consistent. The hotel had many activities, and the rooms were very spacious. The beach was one of my favorite things—a beautiful sandy beach that was very clean. They also had water sports on site."
