"-We were given a back side room and we needed to pay to upgrade to the front side. -The front side room was great but the back side room was not good at all. -Breakfast was great with a lot of option. -We took half board and the dinner was ok, it was not outstanding. -The property was amazing otherwise. "I booked this property because the pictures showed a sandy beach where my kids could play and swim. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the beach turned out to be rocky, with no sand and not suitable for swimming. After multiple complaints and emails with both the property and Hotels.com, we decided it was best to leave. Eventually, we were able to reach an agreement regarding the remaining days of our stay. The property itself was spacious and well-equipped with all the essentials. However, we experienced frequent noise from other guests slamming doors, which was difficult to manage as we had an infant with us. On the positive side, the concierge team was extremely supportive, and we truly appreciated their assistance. Overall, it’s a nice property, but not ideal if your main purpose is to enjoy the beach"
