Such a great central hotel in Finale L. Staff were very friendly and helpful always, and always went the extra mile to ensure any needs were met and that we had an enjoyable stay. Stayed in the annex building, which was very cosy and secure. Breakfast was amazing every morning and great variety - enjoyed getting to have breakfast outside. Having read some of the earlier poor reviews, I was a little nervous. But I needn’t have been because this is a lovely clean and well run hotel in a great position.
What surprised me most was the quality of the restaurant and especially towards the end of the week when lobster appeared on the menu.
The bed in our room was large and comfortable with a good shower and air con.
The pool is very large, clean and with plenty of singers with some underneath the cool shade of the pines.

We really enjoyed our stay, Francesca is a wonderful host, the breakfast is lovely lots of fresh produce and local delicacies. There are lots of lovely little touches that make for a comfortable stay. There is a wonderful bakery next door and a nice café, the nearby beach of Boccadasse has lovely restaurants. Thank you Francesca for a wonderful stay.

The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. There was a good selection at breakfast. It’s in the port area but there is a nearby metro station for easily getting in to the center.

We had a wonderful stay - our only criticism would be that the bar/restaurant for the hotel is closed on Sunday and Monday and so you cannot order room service even for a bottle of wine for two days if you are here for a long weekend.
