"It took them almost a day to just get me the keys to the main door of my unit. My bathroom stank and I had no access to my wifi inside my room; and both remained unfixed. They didn't pay subscriptions to renew channels on TV and the worst was my room's TV had its wires cut. I had Expedia on one hand who reached out to the manager and yet they refused to compensate or even make changes. Please avoid this establishment if you can."

On the day of my booking the hotel says that they haven't confirmed it. If that's the case then please don't list this on the website. This has been my worst experience via hotels.com and i would never recommend this garbage place to anyone."
