7.0 out of 10, Good, (23 reviews)
"This place should not be used as a hotel also considering the price it’s not worth it. The lobby and common areas smell of urine. The doors to the rooms are light which means it’s very noisy in the rooms until late night. The place is not clean, we had only boiling hot water in the shower and overall it’s just disgusting and overpriced. I cannot believe hotels.com has this property on their site. "

"I booked the tent rooms provided by Hotel for my family trip. Tent size is decent for a couple. There is not enough walking space and if baggage not kept properly can make look room clumsy. Tent room is not suitable for kids. Also, tents were not cleaned properly.
However, Hotel itself was maintained. Pool seems good. We booked it with dinner and breakfast options and both were delicious. Staff was friendly. Overall good stay."

"Because of low occupancy the hotel is cutting down on many common facilities like common area air conditioning, breakfast etc. Even the room air conditioning was only put on after complaining. In the promotional material there are photos of the bar but they do not operate the bar as they do not have license to operate. The choice of food in the restaurant is extremely limited which is an issue as there are very few alternative options because of the remote location of the hotel. Overall, poor...

Suryagarh
SuryagarhJaisalmer
10/10 Excellent
Had a fantastic & memorable stay at the palatial Hotel Suryagarh! The hotel is out of the main city of Jaisalmer. From the moment we arrived at the hotel everything was just wonderful. A warm welcome, fast check-in, a refreshing drink, upgraded to a beautiful signature suite. The double aspect suite was modern, spacious, clean, well furnished and twice everyday different indian sweets (like barfi & moti laddoo) were left in the room with a detailed explanation of the sweet. All the staff were...
