"Made to feel very welcome from arrival through to departure. Everything was brilliant. Lovely spacious room , good nights sleep. Breakfast was really fresh and great quality with plenty of choices. Excellent evening meal were enjoyed with amazing view across to fort. Advice and tour particularly the camel trip was brilliant and we really enjoyed the trip arranged for us by the hotel and riding camels in the desert and meeting fellow travellers. "This hotel was incredible. The room was a comfortable size, beautifully decorated. The bed and pillows were so comfy. They decorated it in rose petals and balloons for my birthday as a driving surprise ( after my partner asked them) The outside of the building was so intricately decorated in carved sandstone. "We traveled as a family and occupied two rooms. The best thing about this hotel was its proximity to the tourist attractions. But the rooms were not specially clean (the bathrooms had a smell), when went to the reception desk the next morning someone was sleeping in front of it in a makeshift mattress, the food was greasy and of poor quality, and the dining room was open and exposed to the cold weather of the desert night."
