The staff was very helpful, proffesional and polite. The young ladies and men at breakfast were very accomodating and cheerful. The live music was very relaxing and entertaining.
The breakfast however, lacked variety as fruit and Indian sweet dishes were very limited and repetative.
The rooms should have a full long mirror as without that it was difficult to wear a sari or long dresses.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. They helped me check-in early. The room was very clean, everything worked, great shower too which is always a bonus. The location is very close to the airport metro station and to yellow and purple lines too. It was my first visit to Delhi and I'm glad is chose this property.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The Receptionist was particularly helpful: we told him what we would like to see and he made useful suggestions regarding how we could make the most of our stay. The hotel arranged affordable day transportation to historical sites like the Taj Mahal in Agra, which included visits to other places of interest. The taxis were clean, the drivers were polite and adequately knowlegble about the local history. Furthermore, they did not hurry us; they urged...

Great stay at empire platinum suites . Found it exceptionally clean on arrival , the suite is having a well planned layout clever design . With all the tech you may expect inside .Also as a highlight they offered me a complimentary city tour on arrival . This gesture by the management made us overwhelmed.
