"We had an absolutely awesome stay at Fountain Mahabaleshwar! The hospitality was warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more special. We were also invited to join the evening tea, a lovely gesture that made us feel truly valued and well taken care of.
The service, ambience, and overall experience were excellent. A big thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. Highly recommended!"

Also, we had booked 'Lavender Deluxe' room but we upgraded our room to Maple wing because our room was dull and not the same as it looked in the pictures. "Centrally Located though room rate is too expensive.
I don't think it's worth paying more than Rs. 5,000 a night including breakfast and all the taxes.
Food is excellent in Hotel. Breakfast and lunch and dinner was excellent and worth paying every penny"

10/10 Excellent
Well trained and very polite staff. Hotel is located in the scenic beauty of Panchgani. Its very well maintained. Has kids zone with age appropriate toys, video game, etc. Snooker, table tennis are the attractions. Evenings are enlighted with drums. Day and night views are spectacular. The restaurant food is good and has a good spread of varieties.
I would like to come back here and was offered a discount as well on next booking.
