"Extremely disappointed with the service as we had called before hand to ask about the amenities and they said everything is available, however, after reaching the hotel, no amenities were available except the pool which was extremely dirty and full of chlorine. Table tennis and pool table was promised in the pictures but completely broken at the property. Staff was rude to is quite a lot of times especially during check out. Food was average and had to wait in line for a long time for the food...

"Approach to hotel is very very poor, not visible from road, Google map also does not leave you at hotel, BSNL & jio network is seldom available. Beds and ac is comfortable other furniture is in ramshackle shape.no mirror in bathroom, hot water is available, wash basin is out of bathroom. They do not accept cards, either only cash or UPI."

"We had booked the hotel from 14th to 16tth April through hotels.com according to which we were to pay the cost of booking at the hotel itself. The credit card amount was blocked, however. Shortly after a few days I got a call from Treebo that I needed to pay 50 per cent of the amount to secure the reservation for 3 rooms; accordingly, I did. "We were extremely disappointed with our experience at this hotel. The location is very poor, situated in a congested and densely packed area, which made access difficult and unpleasant. The rooms were old, poorly maintained, and had a strong, unpleasant odor. To make things worse, there was a lizard roaming around in the bathroom, which was quite disturbing. Despite booking two AC rooms, one of the rooms did not even have a working air conditioner. Given the condition of both the rooms and the overall environment, we had no choice but to check out immediately and book another hotel in Mahabaleshwar. Unfortunately, the entire booking amount for the two rooms was wasted. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and we would not recommend this hotel to anyone."

"The ground floor was under construction. However, the staff were very very friendly. They exceeded our expectations. The exterior hotel picture on the app was quite deceiving as it was not exactly as per the image shown on the app. Ignoring this, the staff's commitment to help the guests are truly remarkable."
