"We stayed at this hotel, at 11pm the power went out. We went to ask a staff and there was no one at the front desk. We had to sleep without AC or lights. We had to check out early at 7am and there was no staff at that time either. Hotel is beautiful but power issues are not a good experience for the price you pay."

"Great hotel in a fantastic location San vito is picture perfect. Only complaint is there was no air conditioning obviously not a problem for ski trips but for our summer trip it was a bit uncomfortable at times.
Staff were fantastic"
